Shula Shipton, the Vice Chairman, is also Working Section Secretary. Shula has worked hard to elevate the status of the United Spaniel Association by forming a link with the Field Trial Liaison Council to ensure that sporting spaniels, particularly the minority breeds, have a voice in that arena.

A full programme of events is organised each year and Shula is always interested to speak with anyone on working matters. On behalf of the United Spaniel Association Shula keeps abreast of changes in Kennel Club Regulations governing field events and is always ready to act for the spaniel breeds.
